Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Optional add-ins:

  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Dried fruit
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts or seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

  • Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

    In a medium bowl, mix honey or maple syrup, nut butter, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick, cohesive dough forms. If the dough feels too dry, add a bit more applesauce or a splash of milk. Stir in chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavor.
  • Shape the Cookies
    Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon to form cookie shapes.
  • Bake
    Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
