Instructions
 

  • Make the Brownie Batter:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
    Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
    Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
    Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.

  • Prepare the Banana Pudding Swirl:
    In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Mix in the mashed banana, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  • Assemble the Brownies:
    Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
    Drop dollops of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie batter.
