- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp truffle oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Bake or Air Fry:
Oven Method: Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Air Fryer Method: Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Add the Finishing Touches:Transfer the cooked fries to a clean mixing bowl. Drizzle with truffle oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently to coat. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for an extra pop of color and freshness. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as garlic aioli or ketchup.
