  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats or quick oats
  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup  chopped nuts for crunch
  • ¼ cup  chocolate chips for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
    2. Mash the Bananas:
    In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  • 3. Mix in the Oats and Eggs:
    Add the oats and eggs to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined. If using a blender, blend the ingredients for a smoother batter.
    4. Pour into the Pan:
    Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

  • 5. Bake:
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
